Project STEP faculty conduct research to inform the fields of positive behavior supports, applied behavior analysis, and early intervention.  Our team employs single case research design as well as meta-analysis research methods.

  • Innovations in teacher involvement in functional behavior assessment in Head Start centers

  • Tier two interventions for young children with challenging behavior

  • Innovations in professional development for Head Start teachers

  • Universal screening for children with challenging behavior


Our team will be presenting our research at the following conferences:
